Makara Health appoints Leslie Robertson as Director of Audience Engagement

UK-based international healthcare communications and education agency Makara Health has today announced a new venture joining forces with audience engagement expert Leslie Robertson. Leslie is currently Founder and Chief Executive of Open Audience and will bring this bespoke meeting consultancy and design service to the Makara Health portfolio. As Director of Audience Engagement Leslie will lead a strategic consultancy in optimising audience communication and participation including the use of tailored technology.

Leslie has worked in life sciences for the last 30 years, more recently focusing on healthcare communications. He spent 26 years at AstraZeneca where he had a breadth of roles including significant international experience across 32 different markets. He will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and devising smart engagement programmes for new and existing clients.
